Park in Eco Hi-tech Island wins prestigious real estate design award

Xin Wei Yi Technology Park on Singapore Nanjing Eco Hi-tech Island in Nanjing, East China’s Jiangsu province recently obtained what is said to be one of the most competitive real estate design awards in China.
The winners of the 2020-21 Seventh China Real Estate & Design Award (CREDAWARD) were announced on Aug 27, with Xin Wei Yi Technology Park winning gold.
The park is positioned as Nanjing’s high-tech innovation center as well as an ecological destination and resource for citizens and tourists. It provides a range of mixed-use spaces, including office buildings that serve as incubators for technology and environmental companies, as well as a cultural venue and public promenade.
CREDAWARD was initiated by DJSER in 2014, becoming the first international design award in the Chinese real estate industry. The award invites influential academic representatives and chief architects from top-rated developers to serve as judges.
The award follows strict evaluation criteria that attach importance to architectural aesthetics, environmental protection, user experience and economic benefits. It commends and promotes cutting-edge design concepts of outstanding projects.
