Singapore Nanjing Eco Hi-tech Island has built a Zhongxin low-carbon bus corridor that runs through the whole island, enabling a green eco-travel based on smart bus and slow transit system. Further, the "4+3" external transport system and the advanced water, land and air transport hub equip the island with an easy access to major cities and regions in China and the world.

We focus on four industries: information communication technology (ICT), ecological & environmental protection, culture tourism, and modern urban services.
According to the regulatory plan, 1 senior high school, 3 junior high schools, 6 primary schools, 11 kindergartens and 1 international school will be built on the island. By the end of 2020, 1 primary school and 4 kindergartens have been built. 1 junior high school, 1 primary school，and Jin Ling High School are under construction.
An international hospital is planned. Commercial amenities, including 3 residential community centers, 11 primary community centers, and large complexes such as Jiangdao Riverfront and Yanlord Landmark, are planned on the island.
