During the visit, Ambassador Lui gained an in-depth understanding of the industrial development of the whole island. He first visited Jiangdao Intelligent Cube, the core center for the AI industry, to better understand the positioning of local projects and development of enterprises.

Established in 2019, ACE Singapore Nanjing International Center was the first Singapore project to be set up in the industrial park. The center successfully docked multiple projects from Singapore, involving fields such as new materials, artificial intelligence, and intelligent manufacturing, helping 13 enterprises enter the island.

Later, the delegation visited Yangtze River Innovation Center for Ecological Civilization and listened to a presentation and report on the development of the center and its "Eco-Eye" intelligent perception platform. As a high-level scientific and technological innovation platform developed by Nanjing municipal government and Nanjing University, the center has gathered 44 new research and development institutions in Nanjing to build an industrial innovation cluster in the field of ecological and environmental protection.

They were able to gain a detailed understanding of the development of CCW·AI R&D and Application Demonstration Center. Located in the middle of the island, the center relies on the artificial intelligence research capability of China Industrial and Information Security Research Center to build a talent, industry and investment demonstration area integrating artificial intelligence innovation R&D, industry incubation and other functions.

International Water Hub (IWH) was the first water R&D theme park on the island. Lui’s delegation visited the IWH high-standard Laboratory to learn about the status of enterprises in the center and visited the Yangtze Finless Porpoise Research & Learning Center on the second floor of IWH.
